Personal data is stored on WordPress.com, Google, Meta and Smaily servers, which are located in the territory of a member state of the European Union or in countries that have joined the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to US companies that are affiliated with the Privacy Shield framework.
Employees have access to personal data, who can view personal data in order to resolve consumer inquiries and provide customer support services.
Viewing and correcting personal data
Personal data can be viewed and corrected by sending a request to the info@nohproduction.eu email.
Withdrawal of personal data consent and profiling
If the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of the customer’s consent, the customer has the right to withdraw the consent by notifying the customer support by e-mail.

To delete data, you must contact customer support by e-mail. The deletion request is answered and the data deletion period is specified.

The transfer request submitted by e-mail will be answered within a month at the latest. Customer support identifies the identity and informs about the data applicable to the transfer.

The e-mail address and phone number are used for email marketing messages and sharing general marketing news, that is connected to your primary interest for contacting us.
